Teaching Tips:

  1. Go to SUNSHINE SPRITZER page in the guide, and follow the recipe to create a lavender infused spray, this uses the senses to help bring calm and relaxation.
  2. Go for a nature walk, find a flower or maybe you have one at home and use it as a prop for the chorus, “Inhale the flower” while singing the song. Using hand-on tools is an effective teaching strategy.
  3. If your child is having problems falling asleep and difficulty relaxing before bedtime, a guided meditation can be of assistance. Go to the SLEEP MEDITATION page and softly recite the sleep meditation or listen to it here.
